  • Vigne di Salamina sas, society that provides a range of services for the tourists, is located in Apulia a lavish region of the South Italy.  In the 2005, the society was born with the goal to promote an eco-friendly tourism to preserve and support the beauty, the art, the history and the culinary tradition of the Itria Valley. At beginning, two women, an expert marketer and a technical of the hotel business were the only people involve in the creation of an accommodation facilities in a countryside dwelling.   This historical trullo rise up on the hills of the Itria Valley, facing the amazing beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the lush Apulia countryside.  The Vigne di Salamina trullo is an invitation at the rest and at research the balance between the nature and ourselves.
    In the 2006, was created the website trulionline.com in which are selected 20 trulli and historical dwellings that can host families and group of friends.  Trullionline, beside the rent of the accommodations, work to spread out the knowledge of the Itria Valley and offers numerous services to enjoy it.
    The next step has been the creation of a second website focused on daily experiences and the opening at new experts as naturalist guides, archaeologists and experts of accommodation facilities. The experiences offer wine tasting in the historical winery; cheeses tasting in masserie (historical farmhouse); cooking class of traditional recipes; tour in bike and boat to discover hidden treasure; trekking and walking in natural park.
    The 2015 establishes the collaboration with the Regional Natural Park of the Coastal Dunes, and Vigne di Salamina got the partnership with the park, which preserve an important natural area that spread out from the coastal to the inland and includes important archaeological records, as the Roman Traian way, underground olive mills and rupestrian settlements.

    Today:
    Vigne di Salamina sas is in Apulia and works in the eco-friendly tourism field, by offering the possibility to stay in a traditional countryside dwelling, trulli, and creating experiences holidays in order to satisfy every needs.
    Three women and one men are the team of Vigne di Salamina, each of them boasts specific skills (archaeological guide, naturalistic guide, expert of accommodation facilities, marketing manager, chef) and all of them have a deep knowledge of the Apulia. The society offers accommodations and services for tour operators and the private tourists. On the website Trullionline there are all the information about our accommodations: 20 trulli restored with high quality of finishing and all of them have been selected with a great attention to comfort and details. They are self-catering, each of them has the kitchen, private garden and in same case swimming pool.
    The experiences provided from Vigne di Salamina are for families, small groups and travellers that would like to live their vacation with a particular attention toward the beauties and the traditions of the country that they are visiting.
