Project Description
On the occasion of the international forum ‘Heritage as a Builder of Peace’, organised by the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation, the Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities took the opportunity to present its initiatives through a dedicated exhibition and institutional presentation.
This international showcase enabled Bahrain to make its culture and intangible heritage known to a global audience, highlighting its commitment to the valorisation and protection of local traditions.
The initiative included:
‘Bahrain Meets the World in Florence’ exhibition, with displays on handicrafts, architecture and local traditions.
Talks and institutional presentations on Bahrain’s role in heritage protection.
Participation in exchange and networking sessions with international experts in culture and tourism.
