In Florence Life Beyond Tourism is a cultural project that promotes intercultural dialogue and the valorization of local heritage and culture through travelling and through a tourism based on values

The purpose of the video material is to provide visitors with a rapid and exhaustive introduction to the history and daily life of their destination.
Information of a practical nature, the city’s main historical, cultural and artistic phases, the development of its economic and civic life, the transformations under way in the present, and its prospects for the future are presented in two different videos.

The first video offers a rapid and dynamic overview designed to offer information in a nutshell and to encourage the visitor to want to learn more.

This video can be consulted in individual guest rooms, in the main lobby and in the other public areas of the hotel.

The second video goes into greater detail in its description of the city’s history and its art, roviding information not only on the better known events in its history and art history but also on events, places and monuments that, while just as important, are relatively little known.

This second video, which is designed above all to encourage visitors to dig deeper into the identity of their destination, is available both in individual guest rooms and in the “Melting pot” meeting room.
