UNESCO Forum: Cultural Landscape of Urban and Territorial Identity

The Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco® - Life Beyond Tourism® man has the pleasure to announce its next collaboration with Forum Unesco for the realization of the event that will be kept to July to Florence: “2° International Talk, International Net of Critical Thought on Globalization of obstructed Patrimony C, City Cultural Landscape and Territorial Identity: a relational approach between cultural diversities and cultural patrimony”.
Academic objective of the Talk is that one to frequently explore possible roads that they allow of coiciliare impositive dynamics and accrediting of the globalization to the aim to value the local and identitario character of the cultural landscapes city contemporaries and to widen the Net with new international adhesions.

3-6 November – Degree & Profession Regional Festival in Almaty

The Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco® -Life Beyond Tourism® has been participating in the opening of the Regional Festival “Degree & Profession” in Almaty (Kazakhstan), by the Kazak Leading Academy of Architecture and Construction. The Festival coincides with the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Academy.
The Secretary General of the Foundation, Simone Giometti, has been meeting with the President of the KazGASU, Mr Amirlan A.Kussainov, the Vice Rector Mr Seric D. Sykhymbaev and  the Vice Rector for International Affairs, Ms Gulnara Abdrassimova (also member of the International Board of the Experts).

Heritage Under Pressure – Perspectives of Historic Urban Landscape (HUL)

The VII meeting of the ICOMOS International Scientific Committee for the Theory and Philosophy of Conservation and Restoration will be held in Baku (Azerbijan) from April 26th to 28th 2012, in cooperation with CIVVIH. The meeting will deal with questions treating the urban development of historic cities – especially World Heritage Cities –, against the background of the latest UNESCO Recommendation on Historic Urban Landscapes.

Degree & Profession – Almaty Regional Festival

The next Degree&Profession Regional Festival Modern Technologies in Architectural Education and Practice will be held in Almaty (Kazakhstan) from the 3rd to the -5th of November 2011. The event is organized by the Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering (KazGASA), in collaboration with the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and will give graduates and students the opportunity to participate in lectures, workshops and events of international relevance. During the Festival, graduates will also have the opportunity to present their thesis projects, and to participate in the Degree & Profession international competition. May 27-28: Joint Hungarian and Serbian Seminar on urban development

Prof. Viktorija Aladzic from the University of Novi Stad informs and invites all of those who are interested in this topic to a seminar focused on the current issues of historic cities  and their relation into the field of conservation and of urban development.
The seminar Protecting Heritage Amidst Urban Development: a joint Hungarian and Serbian seminar will be held in Subotica, Serbia from May 27th to May 28th, 2011.
